Getting started
Is Tejaki open yet?
Not generally. We are in closed testing with a small group of creators and adding more as we can support them properly. Tell us about your channel and we will be straight with you about timing.
Do I need a minimum follower count?
No. There is no threshold. A small, engaged audience is priced on what it is worth to a brand, not on how it compares to someone else's.
Which platforms do you work with?
We are starting with live streaming, through the broadcast software creators already use. If you stream somewhere we have not tested, tell us — that is useful information.
Money
How do I know what I will be paid?
The rate is in the offer, as a number, before you accept. It does not change afterwards, and it does not depend on what the advertiser was charged.
When do I get paid?
On verified delivery, through a licensed payment service provider, into your own bank account. Not on a monthly cycle, and there is no minimum you must reach before money moves.
Can I lose money if the campaign does badly?
No. You accepted a rate for a piece of work. Whether the campaign performed for the advertiser is our problem, not yours.
Are points and levels worth money?
No. Progression carries no monetary value, is not convertible and is not transferable. It exists to show you where you stand and what would improve it. It can affect which offers you see; it never substitutes for being paid.
The work
Can I turn down an offer?
Yes, any offer, for any reason, at no cost. There is no ranking to fall down and no penalty. You know your audience and we do not.
Will this interrupt my stream?
No. The current formats are overlays composited inside your stream rather than breaks that stop it. We do not run mid-rolls.
Do I have to install anything on my viewers?
No, and you never will. We collect nothing about your audience, so there is nothing to install.
What if a brand does not suit my audience?
Decline it. That is what the accept-or-decline step is for.
Practical
What do you need from me to pay me?
Identity details, tax status and bank details — what paying a person legally requires. We hold it as a data fiduciary and the privacy policy says exactly what happens to it.
What about tax?
Payments are subject to Indian tax rules including withholding where it applies, and we tell you what has been withheld. If you are GST-registered, let us know. None of this is tax advice.
