Tejaki is a product of Blowtrumpet Technologies, which is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here.

Two different things, said precisely

Your audience. Blowtrumpet processes no viewer personal data. Not minimised, not anonymised — not collected. Advertiser creative is composited locally before broadcast, so there is no ad call: no tag, no pixel, no SDK, no cookie, no device identifier and no viewer-side request of any kind. Your viewers do not become anybody’s dataset because you worked with us.

You. We do hold personal data about you, because we cannot pay you lawfully otherwise. For that data we are a Data Fiduciary with full obligations under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. What we collect about you

Identity and account data — name, date of birth where required for verification, email, phone number, address, channel handles and account credentials.

Tax and payment data — PAN, GST registration status where applicable, bank account details and payment references, and the withholding records we are required to keep.

Channel and performance data — audience size and composition at channel level, content categories, inventory accepted and declined, delivery and verification records, and earnings history.

Technical and usage data — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and timestamps.

Communications — support requests, community posts and correspondence with us.

We do not collect your viewers’ personal data, and we do not ask you to give it to us.

2. How we use it

To verify who you are; to make you offers and record your acceptances; to verify delivery; to pay you and withhold tax correctly; to meet accounting, tax and anti-fraud obligations; to provide support and operate community spaces; to improve the product; and, with your consent, to send you updates.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it with payment service providers in order to pay you, with tax authorities as the law requires, with service providers acting under written contract and under our instruction, and with legal or regulatory authorities where required.

We do not disclose your rate to advertisers, and we do not disclose advertiser pricing to you. The two sides of our business are insulated from each other.

4. Storage, security and retention

Encryption in transit and at rest, access on a need-to-know basis, and secure servers. We keep personal data as long as necessary for operational, contractual and legal purposes — tax and accounting records are retained for the statutory period even after you close your account.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct or update your data; request erasure of data we are not required to keep; ask for a summary of our processing; nominate another person to exercise your rights; withdraw consent where processing relies on it; and complain to the Data Protection Board of India. Where GDPR or CCPA applies to you, the corresponding rights apply.

Strictly necessary cookies for sign-in and platform function; analytics cookies to understand usage; marketing cookies only with consent.

7. Children

Tejaki is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly hold a minor’s data, and we delete it if we find it.

8. Changes

Revisions are posted here with a new effective date; significant changes are notified to registered creators directly.
