Community guidelines
These guidelines apply to the Tejaki creator and publisher community — our forums, creator briefings, beta groups, events and any channel where creators, publishers, creator managers and our team meet. They sit alongside Blowtrumpet’s Community Guidelines, which apply across every property.
Who this community is for
Content creators and streamers; publishers running their own audiences; creator managers, talent representatives and networks; and the Blowtrumpet team who work with them.
What we encourage
Say what you are actually being paid elsewhere — pay transparency between creators is how pay improves. Share what works, including the things that did not. Warn each other about bad practice in the wider industry. Help newer creators price themselves properly. Bring us product problems directly; we would rather fix them than read about them.
Fair dealing
Do not inflate. Bots, artificial traffic, incentivised viewing, engagement rings or any other means of making delivery look bigger than it was are platform breaches, and they cost every honest creator here.
Do not misrepresent your audience. Reach, demographics and engagement should be what you say they are.
Respect other creators’ terms. Rates and offers shared in confidence between members stay between them.
Creator managers must be straight about who they represent, and may not accept offers for a creator without that creator’s authority.
Declare conflicts. If you work for a brand, a competitor or an agency, say so when it is relevant to what you are posting.
Protecting each other
Creators are exposed in ways most workers are not — public scrutiny, harassment from audiences, and pressure to post through burnout. This community takes that seriously.
Zero tolerance for harassment, pile-ons, doxxing or sharing another member’s private information. No pressure on anyone to accept work, post at a volume they are not comfortable with, or disclose earnings they would rather not. Support for members dealing with harassment is available through our trust and safety team.
What is not allowed
Harassment, intimidation, personal attacks or hate speech. Content promoting self-harm, eating disorders or harmful substances. Spam, scams, phishing or recruitment into unrelated schemes. Impersonation. Sharing private or commercial information without consent. Attempts to recruit members into delivery-inflation schemes.
Moderation and enforcement
AI-assisted moderation flags harmful content for human review, and human moderators decide with context. Depending on severity: warning, temporary suspension, removal from the community, suspension of your Tejaki account, or escalation to the authorities. Appeals are reviewed by a human panel and the outcome is documented and shared with you.
